Our annual conference is designed around the theme “Thriving in a Changing Workforce: Strategies for Career Resilience” bringing together early-career and mid-career participants for a day of engaging roundtables, interactive discussions, and meaningful networking. By connecting participants with leaders from academia, industry, entrepreneurship, science communication, and beyond, we foster meaningful conversations about diverse career paths and professional growth.

This year, in collaboration with Boston University, we are proud to celebrate the 10th anniversary of STEMPeers—a decade of building bridges, nurturing talent, and supporting the global STEM community. Our milestone event highlights our ongoing commitment to bridging the gap between education and opportunity, helping attendees explore roles in research, business development, clinical affairs, consulting, investment, and more.
