Harnessing The Entire Immune System

October 24, 2019 - 8:00 am - October 25, 2019 - 5:00 pm

Overview

Join us for a unique 2-day symposium where leading scientists will come together to explore the power of the immune system and its role in the development of tomorrow’s therapies. Featuring thought-provoking presentations, panel discussions and a networking reception, each day’s dedicated agenda will cover the latest research, new modalities, and regulatory approaches that expedite development. Register for the full conference or your specific area of interest:

Day 1: Cellular and Gene Therapies

The presentations throughout the day will focus on the complexities of cell and gene therapy development and will cover a range of topics including strategies to navigate through the current regulatory framework, challenges in developing therapeutics for diseases requiring targeted administration to specific organ systems, and genomic editing technologies for these product types.

Day 2: Immuno-Oncology

Will provide a forum where scientists will have the opportunity to review the current state of research for immuno-oncology and identify ways to develop therapies across various modalities, including; antibodies therapies, CAR-T cells, viral vaccines, oncolytic viruses and bicyclic peptides. We will consider novel strategies on the horizon, and explore how the next generation of modalities may augment checkpoint inhibitors or act as stand-alone therapies, and how they will change the landscape of oncology drug discovery.
