Dive into the fascinating intersection of art and neuroscience at our latest exhibit: “Art of the Brain: Exploring the Human Experience.” Featuring stirring works by photographers Al Weems, living with Parkinson’s disease, and Ibrahim Ali Salaam, whose collection pays tribute to his father and a family grappling with the diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia. Heather Karp, having lived with OCD and BDD most of her life, uses her art to educate the public about the reality of these conditions, the people behind the diagnoses and the possibilities of a valued life despite the struggle. This exhibit will offer a unique perspective on the complexities of the mind and a poignant glimpse into the human experience.
