In the Information Age we have access to many sources of information to advise our everyday choices, but how can we identify which sources we trust enough to follow or not? This is true for choices we make about what we eat. Join us for a public forum on truth, trust, and nutritional science. Participants will engage in round table discussions on topics such as finding credible sources of information, what we think is trustworthy, and reflection on challenges we face understanding food and nutrition guidance
