$475A 1-dygn* symposium to discuss and debate biorelevant assays in Pharmaceutical Science
We are proud to announce a 3rd scientific conference in a series started in 2016. This conference was inspired by the success of the previous two events and by numerous conversations with our friends and colleagues in pharmaceutical industry and academia. They told us how valuable it would be to have an affordable scientific conference dedicated to biorelevant in vitro / in vivo measurements.
This conference will bring together scientists who work on formulations that increase uptake of the drugs as well as develop models, instruments and methods that realistically represent complex biological systems.
The meeting will be held at Boston Harvard Club Downtown and will start on October 2nd, 2019 with a keynote lecture by Prof. Kiyohiko Sugano (Ritsumeikan University, Shiga, Japan) followed by a reception and gala dinner. The main conference will take place the following day.

The symposium will open with a keynote lecture by Kiyohiko Sugano, a professor at the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Ritsumeikan University, Shiga, Japan) whom many of you may know from his previous career at Pfizer and Chugai (Roche) and as an author of the book “Biopharmaceutical Modelling and Simulations: Theory, Practice, Methods, and Applications”.
The lecture will be followed by a welcome reception and a 3-course gala dinner.
