Society is increasingly seeking answers about the role and impact that racism and structural oppression play in every facet of medical research conducted in the US.
This year, the CTSI has chosen to fashion our 2021 CTSI Symposium in memory of Dr. David Seldin as a fresh opportunity for the BUMC/BMC/BU research community to ponder these questions, challenges, and the difficult decisions associated with this focus. You will learn from fellow researchers who have thoughtfully and rigorously applied anti-racist principles to engage in clinical and translational medical research.
